It took me long enough to realize exactly how much I actually missed pure, unadulterated fun. See, for the longest time, whenever I thought of school breaks, I automatically visualized makeup, night outs, and a bit of alcohol. (Disclaimer: I am no cool girl.) I've never been much of a sporty girl which means, among other things, that unlike some of my classmates, my weekend agenda doesn't normally include Frisbee or football trainings. Also, if I ever were into outdoor activities, then I regret to say that I've neglected that part of me for so long now and I can't even remember the last time I did anything remotely outdoorsy. All that said, Inflamed was a welcome breath of fresh air. Sure, I had an exam to study for but for the most part, I regret nothing. I got to unwind, bond with friends, and become witness to how lovely the ASMPH community truly is.
You know you really miss Ateneo when a place in which your memory comsists primarily of a makeup PE exam gives you so much feelings of nostalgia. I never even got a chance to come across a fresh-from-training Kirk Long or Juami Tiongson (I love you forever and ever!!!) in the times that I went there! </3 Haha! Oh Moro.
Leorem and the Pussycats. Let's put this in writing in case I ever deny saying it in the future: I do think I love my trans group. ♥ I wish more of us came though. (Also, that day, I sort of learned how to cook siomai from watching them do their thing. I guess that's something.)
And now, more of us! Appreciate the cheese, please. ;)*
I'm glad my about-to-get-wet moment wasn't captured; would've been so unflattering. This, however, is PRICELESS. HAHAHA! Hi Kaye! ;)*
I swear, Year Level 6 has the best faculty. EVER. ♥*

And as a friend of mine so beautifully stated, "any amount of imagination will not be able to explain what had transpired and the emotions spilled: the joy, the happiness, the camaraderie. It was simply an event where you just had to be there to witness and experience such a thing."
* Thanks for these, Joey!!!
* More photos here. :)
This looks like so much fun! It's always great to be able to connect with others in such a fun spirited way!
ReplyDeleteIt really was! I wouldn't go so far as saying I wish every weekend was like this (so tiring!!!!) but I wish I had this mic fun more often haha
